  1. Acknowledgment of Agreement:

You consent to the terms and conditions laid out in this Terms of Use Agreement (the “Arrangement”) concerning the Jayadruma. This Agreement comprises the whole and just arrangement between the Service Provider and you, and supplants all earlier or contemporaneous arrangements, portrayals, guarantees and understandings concerning the Jayadruma, the Content and Materials (as hereinafter characterized), items or administrations gave by or through the Jayadruma, and the topic of this Agreement. This Agreement might be revised whenever by the Service Provider without explicit notification to you. There is no particular need of consenting to the physical arrangement once you have changed your status from “lead” to “customer”, the Terms and Conditions will be applied naturally. The most recent Agreement will be posted on the Jayadruma, and you should survey this Agreement preceding utilizing the Jayadruma. By your utilizing the Jayadruma, you are dared to have notice of the most recent form of this Agreement.

  1. Services Offered on Our Website

Our Website enables you to view our services such as commercial designing to furniture manufacturing. The website only holds sufficient information to inform readers, it does not refer to any additional terms and conditions that the service will be subjected to. The client will be informed during the quotation and inquiry of these terms – if any.

  1. Validity of offer

The offer made to you upon your interest in your service is valid up to 30 days from the offer being made.

  1. Fee Quotation and Payment

  2. 10% of the Finalized project value has to be paid as a “token advance” to confirm the order.
  3. 70% of the Finalized project value has to be paid for processing the order.
  4. 20% Balance amount and the Installation amount (if applicable) must be paid and realized in the Jayadruma bank account before the dispatch of the material.
  5. All services and product pricing is exclusive of taxes. Taxes have been mentioned in Your estimate and will be charged at the time of billing at each stage as per prevailing government tax rates. All payments made via credit cards will be applicable for a 2% surcharge as charged by the banks towards the same. The same is to be borne by You. We only facilitate financial loans and services. Approvals, processing, and terms are at the sole discretion of the financial entity.
  1. Material Deliverability and Warranties:

  2. Material will be dispatched after five working days from the date of the final payment.
  3. The transfer of property in goods shall occur once the goods are dispatched to the customer.
  4. The material which is not charged in the above estimate is not included in our scope.
  5. In case of cancellation of the order for any reason, order booking amount will be forfeited.
  6. In the case of the civil kitchen, the material will be ready after 4 weeks from the date of completion of civil work & final measurement taken for raising the order.
  7. For the out-of-station location, the material will reach after 5-7 days of final payment. Sometimes delays can take place due to delays from the courier side. We request for co-operation with us for such delay.
  8. Architect himself will ensure details & warranty of hardware and fittings of brands are used in “Jayadruma project(s)” as per the requirement.
  9. JAYADRUMA provides certain warrantees for certain products and it will honor the warrantee when-
  10. The product supplied and installed is properly maintained and used for normal domestic use
  11. The product is still owned by the original purchaser and it is at the original position where it was installed.
  12. Client themselves will ensure details & warranty of hardware and fittings if fittings of any other brands are used in “Jayadruma project(s)” as per the client’s specification & requirement.
  13. Invoice will be made in the name shown on the proposal/quotation finalized at the time of booking and it will not be changed later on.

  15. The material will be delivered in 40 days from the date when the 70% payment is received for raising the order.
  16. If there is any difficulty in accepting the material by the customer on-site for any reason, then any damage to the material will be on account of the customer.
  17. The warranty period on the material will also start on the same date.
  1. Capacity Policy

Jayadruma has the right to dispose the material(s)/product(s)/Good(s) when you fail to collect the manufactured goods/items from the warehouse within 60 days from the date of Token advance paid. Jayadruma/product manufacturing unit(s)/Warehouse(s) will be clearing the old material to recover the full capacity of the warehouse. You have to clear the warehouse demurrage charges (weekly ₹1000) and you have no rights to claim the goods after the mention period of time.

  1. Cancellation, Returns & Delays

Any non-manufacturing defects and damages post receiving a delivery are not valid for returns or replacements. Customized and made-to-order pieces, purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.

All payments made at any stage of the service are non-refundable.

  1. Grievance Redressal

 In case of any concerns or disputes raised by the client(s), you can reach out to the project manager but the final call will be taken by the owners of JAYADRUMA under any circumstances.
